
This very popular course consistently receives
outstanding reviews from graduates and is strictly limited to 12 adult
learners. Foundations Level One is a
comprehensive overview of Montessori theory and curriculum for the 3-5 class and
is designed for those new to the method; assisting in a classroom; home
schooling or working with special needs children and/or adults. Completion will satisfy entrance requirements
for any further WMTC courses. Be sure to register immediately to avoid disappointment
and qualify for the early bird discount! This course also meets Province of
Alberta Level One child-care requirements.

Course Location: Montessori Children’s
Course Content: Introductory Montessori Theory, Preparing
the Montessori Environment,
Practical
Life Activities, Sensorial Education, Early Reading
& Writing,
Number Work and Cultural Studies. Daily
practice labs with authentic materials.

are payable upon registration unless otherwise approved.

schedule is available upon request.
However,
the discount applies only to those fees paid in full by May 15.
Fees include
tuition, daily supervised lab, one course text and your
personal
copy of the course manual, AM snack bar, WMTC
certification and transcript.
Student Fee: $25. If you are not a current student member of the Western Montessori Alumni
Association, please also remit $25 payable to WMTC.
