Please note: in any event, all fees are due prior to course start.

CANCELLATION-REFUND POLICY AGREEMENT

In the event of any cancellation of enrolment, please inform us in writing to the address given on page 3 of this brochure. All enquiries and any refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds before the program of study starts:

(2) (a) If written notice of withdrawal is received by WMTC less than seven (7) calendar days before the start of a program of study, WMTC will retain the lesser of 10% of the total fees due under this agreement or $100.

(b) Subject to subsection (2) (a), if written notice of withdrawal is received by WMTC thirty (30) calendar days or more before the start of a program of study, WMTC will retain 10% of the total fees due

(c) Subject to subsection (2) (a), if written notice of withdrawal is received by WMTC less than thirty (30) calendar days before the start of a program of study, WMTC will retain 20% of the total fees due under this agreement.  

Refunds after the program of study starts:

(3) (a) If written notice of withdrawal is received by WMTC, or if a student is requested to withdraw within 10% of the program of study’s duration, WMTC will retain 30% of the total fees due under this agreement.

(b) Subject to subsection (3) (a), if written notice of withdrawal is received, or if a student is requested to withdraw within 30 % of the program of study’s duration, WMTC will retain 50% of the total fees due under this agreement.  

(c) If a student withdraws or is requested to withdraw after 30% of the program of study’s duration, no refund will be made.
